Woody

German Shorthair Pointer

  • 5 months

  • Male

  • Altered

  • 37 pounds

  • Short hair

  • Up to Date on Shots

This youngster was found passed out on a sidewalk in South LA. A passerby picked him up, took him home, and gave him water and food. He perked up right away. She couldn’t keep him so she took him to her vet (which coincidentally is Dawg Squad’s vet) to scan for a microchip. None found.

Two weeks later, after postings and announcements and flyers with no one coming for him, Woody became an official Squad member.

He is bright, happy, great with other dogs and people and is “dreamy” according to his (temporary) foster.

  • Woody is good on leash, know the command “sit” and is housebroken.   LOVES THE WATER

  • Let’s face it…he’s a great puppy. He’d do well in any home with an active walker or runner.

He had a rough start.   Let’s give him a happy ending.    This cuddly kid would be a perfect addition to you family.   You know it.    Email to meet him today.
