Bree

Who Am I?

It literally took a village, or rather a Nextdoor app, to save Bree.

She had been wandering the streets for some time, eluding all attempts at rescue.   She finally gave up and a young man managed to catch her.    He needed advice and of course posted on Nextdoor where Dawg Squad has many adopters/supporters.

Long story short, he took her to the shelter, gave us her ID number and the minute she was available we were there for her.  (We took her to the shelter on the off chance that someone was looking for her.  And besides, it’s the law).

Bree is SO happy and sweet.   She loves everyone and is great with other dogs.    She does have some health issues but they are being taken care of.   Her ears are very infected and have several old hematomas on the ear flaps.  And she is blind in her left eye.    But inside, all is well and she is a happy, healthy senior citizen.

She will do well in any home that’s filled with love.
