Who Am I?
Bonnie was picked up as a stray along with Camille and Daphne (also in our rescue) and wound up at the South LA Shelter.
She is very special needs.
Bonnie has double cherry eye which has caused her tear ducts to stop functioning. She has a fungul infection on her skin, is prone to seizures (cause unknown and they have stopped) and she has a Grade 4 heart murmur.
She is on tons of meds and she doesn’t complain about taking any of them
Can we tell you how much longer she will live? Nope, but we couldn’t guarantee that with ANY dog. We do know that since she’s been out of the shelter her seizures have stopped, her skin has improved and she looks and acts 100% better than she did when we first got her out of the shelter.
She’s a nice dog. She needed a break to thrive and she got one in her new foster home. But there are a lot of dogs there and she’d REALLY thrive in a home with less dogs.
Bonnie is eligible for our Seniors for Seniors discount.
